EY employees are entertained with a mobile gaming racing experience at an internal conference dedicated to mapping their perfect route and planning career “journEYs”. A responsive website delivered a mobile friendly employee engagement platform across Blackberry, Android, and Apple devices. With the conference occurring at six locations across the United States, with thousands of employees simultaneously connecting to the application, network redundancy and IT support were the keys to success.
